Welcome to Proseora (proseora.com). By accessing or using our AI text humanization and detection services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.
Service Description
Proseora provides AI-powered text humanization and quality detection services. Our service transforms AI-generated text into natural, human-quality writing and provides quality verification through integrated detection tools.
User Accounts and Registration
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our service.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Proseora responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. You agree NOT to:
- Use the service to produce content that violates academic integrity policies at your institution
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the free tier
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our service
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the service without our permission
- Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
Subscriptions and Payments
- Free Tier: Includes 250 words on sign-up and 125 words refreshed monthly.
- Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in USD.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until the next renewal.
Refund Policy
To ensure users have a good experience before subscribing, we provide a sufficient number of free trial words. All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
As an exception, if you request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of your initial purchase and your account shows zero usage (no words humanized, no detection credits consumed), we will issue a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted by emailing support@proseora.com within the applicable timeframe.

Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of all text you submit to and receive from our service.
- Proseora does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
- Our service, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property.
Privacy and Data Handling
- For subscribers, we store your humanization and detection history in encrypted form so you can review past results. You can delete your history at any time from your account settings.
- Free-tier users: text is processed in real-time and not stored beyond the active session.
- We do not use your submitted text to train models or for any purpose beyond providing the requested service.

Disclaimers
- Proseora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee specific detection scores or outcomes.
- We are not responsible for how you use the output of our service.
- Detection results may vary across different detection tools and over time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proseora and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the service.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
